Mary is an extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful travel agent. We have used Mary for two trips now, one for Disney and one to Jamaica in January 2022. Mary coordinated our trip to Jamaica with another couple, ensuring that our rooms would be booked together, our arrival and departure with Club MoBay was reserved, she interfaced with the resort on our behalf if we had any questions, and she prepared us for international travel during Covid (which isn’t a walk in the park by any means!). Even with weather issues changing and delaying our flights in the days leading up to our trip, Mary was available to help us arrange other options and ensure we would be all set for our arrival. Upon our arrival in Jamaica, she even arranged for a chocolate covered fruit plate—she’s always going the extra mile!
